About Dallas Fort Worth Adventure Boot Camp

What is the Dallas Fort Worth Adventure Boot Camp?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic and creative workout led by one of our Certified Adventure Fitness Trainers.  Each day, camp will be one hour in length starting at 5:30 am, 9:15am (Southlake location only), or 7:00pm (Keller Location only)

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we will meet?
The DFW Adventure Boot Camp in Southlake  meets at CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL in SOUTHLAKE ( directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation) see the Southlake calendar page for more information. The Colleyville location meets at COLLEYVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL in COLLEYVILLE (directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation) see the Colleyville calendar page for more information.  The Keller location meets behind Keller Town Hall Building (directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation) see the Keller calendar page for more information.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday, or if you choose the 3 day program, you pick the 3 days you want to attend, for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM, 9:15am, or 7:30pm depending upon the location of the camp (see calendar page for details).

When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?

Do you offer any co-ed camps?
Yes! We will be offering a Co-ed camp at our Keller location!  The Keller camp meets in the evenings at 7:00pm.  Please see the Keller calendar page for more details.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat thicker than a yoga mat, small hand weights (3, 5 or 8 lbs we will decide which one is best for you during our pre-evaluation), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights and a mat at any retailer, such as Wal-Mart, Target or Academy. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. We can also provide you with the opportunity to purchase other exercise related items at a 20% discount, just ask for details when you register.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches, gain strength and have more energy, while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll also receive a FREE nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will feel awesome and be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Your investment for a four week, 3 day camp is only $199.00 and the 5 day camp is $299.00 That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per hour for 5 days a week! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Other options:
If you choose the 5 day camp and have to miss the 5:30 time, you can make it up by attending our 9:15 am camp, or if you choose the 3 or 4 day camp, you may choose and change the days you come, I offer this flexibility in order for you to reach your goals and keep your commitment to yourself and the other ladies in camp! 
Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day per week program. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. When we receive your registration, one of our certified adventure fitness trainers will call you to set up a time to meet with you for your45 minute private pre-evaluation.
